This session was a LONG time coming!!!
Keaton reached out to me in the fall of 2018…and we JUST now got to her photos!!! She was a December graduate of ECU’s nursing school and wanted a few photos to celebrate her accomplishments.
Well thanks to the wonderful (read: unpredictable and annoying) weather of North Carolina, we kept having to reschedule her session. She choose to just wait until the spring (where we had to reschedule one more time for extreme wind –– gotta love the beach!).
It was probably the best decision because of the FLOWERS and the warm weather 🙂
Of course we did have a rain storm come out of nowhere on our session day and to be honest, I was stressing. I threw the umbrellas in the car and told Keaton that I would make sure that we got everything she wanted as quickly as possible!
Luckily she’s a pro and didn’t bat an eye as I had her go right into doing some advanced posing and didn’t really give her any time to warm up!! The rain ended up never even coming, the sun came out, and we had an even fuller gallery of gorgeous photos!
Because her graduation had already passed, Keaton chose to have her session be focused on getting pretty, professional headshots and I loved that idea! This is a huge reason I recommend all college seniors to at least get a few photos of them done –– you’ll use them more than you would think!
Here are my favorites from Keaton’s coastal, summery senior photos 🙂
