I have been keeping these photos under wraps for a few months now and I am so excited to finally share them! Ashley and Brad tied the knot at Duplin Winery in Rose Hill, NC, which was also the perfect location for Ashley’s bridal portraits. The grounds were covered in green grape vines, budding rose bushes, and (my favorite) a giant wooden barn for their reception. We spent the evening getting a practice run in making Ashley feel like the beautiful bride she is and laughing about how much Bradley was going to love these images (though let’s be real––he would love them even if she was in sweatpants). I am even more grateful for the opportunity to photograph Ashley’s bridal portraits before the wedding because we were able to relax while avoiding the heat and the rain. Bridal sessions are perfect for focusing on getting gorgeous portraits so the big day can be spent enjoying the moment.
