Family Photos At Soundside Park in Surf City, NC | The Cook Family

If you’ve been following along then you know that this summer I’ve dabbled in a family photos for a few sweet families in town for vacation.

Amanda and her family are SO stinkin’ cute and were one of my favorite families I’ve worked with this summer. Between Madelyn’s sassiness (she’s every bit of 4 years old!) and Dawson’s giggles, I loved spending time with them capturing this special season.

It was going to be a windy day in Surf City, NC, so we started in Soundside Park –– which worked out perfectly for their color scheme!

Then we headed to the beach for a little playtime in the sand, where I got some of my favorite images of Madelyn looking at the ocean. There’s just something so sweet about seeing such a little girl look at such a big ocean!
