Haley is just as sweet as she looks!! She is a senior at Charles B. Aycock High School and is on my 2021 senior spokesmodel team –– I am so grateful she chose to be on my team!! Haley is kind, thoughtful, and does an amazing job at makeup!!! Can you believe she did her face herself?!
I’ll be honest…I was SO tired on the day of her shoot. I had shot a 9-hour wedding day the day before, then woke up early for a spokesmodel shoot, then drove 2 hours back to Wilmington. Thankfully when I showed up to Haley’s shoot I was so excited by her looks, the weather, and how much Wrightsville Beach was showing off! It didn’t take long before I was operating at 120% with laughing, walking around the beach, and talking about Haley’s future plans.
Haley loves the beach and spend as much time there as she can (it helps that some of her family lives there!). One of my favorite parts about shooting at Wrightsville is how BLUE the water is. It was an overcast day (which normally I’m not crazy about) but it allowed us to use the ocean side…it looked like we were in the Bahamas!!!
We headed down to the south end of Wrightsville (my favorite location) for some more “fall” photos. While I love the changing leaves, there is just something about a cozy fall look on the beach. Maybe it’s because it’s one of my favorite times of year to watch the sunset on the beach. I was in love with her hat –– props always give us a ton to work with!
For her last outfit, we headed to the boat docks and then tried a new location on one of the bridges to Wrightsville Beach. I love the hints of teal and how they pop with her pink dress. It was VERY loud and maybe a little dangerous but I’m thankful that Haley and her mom trusted me. They’re beautiful!!!
