One of my favorite bridal sessions of all time, with one of my favorite brides. Caroline is absolutely stunning and I love her elegant style.

You may remember her from her and Ryan’s gorgeous wedding last August at Melrose Knitting Mill in downtown Raleigh, NC. They were a COVID couple so we had to wait an extra year to celebrate and boy, was it worth it!

Caroline chose to have her bridal portraits taken at her venue, with the exposed brick and wood floors. We loved the inside so much (I love a building with TONS of windows for natural light) and had so many different options. At the very end we ventured outside to Melrose’s front door and…you would be surprised what you can do with limited space! The light was absolutely gorgeous and she ended up selecting an outdoor photo for her final portrait!!!

This was my first bridal session where her planner also attended and I absolutely loved her attention to detail. Having someone else there looking out for all of the same things I am is so helpful in making sure everything is perfectly in place.
