I have been so sad I haven’t shared this wedding day with you sooner because it is what my beach girl dreams are made of! Kiley and Aaron are super laid back and wanted to celebrate the start to their marriage with their favorite things –– being outside, their closest family and friends, breweries, and not being stressed!

I love that they wanted to prioritize their bride and groom portraits, so before their reception we spent over 2 hours at Carolina Beach, NC taking the most gorgeous photos of them by the water. I always say I’ll take as much time as my couples will give me on their wedding days for portraits so you can imagine how excited I was to have plenty of time! And we were so relaxed because it was just us and their friend Matt (thanks for driving us around!).

After portraits, we headed back to Wrightsville Beach Brewery for a floating reception with all of their closest family and friends. The food was amazing and the beer taps were flowing. It was such a nice evening celebrating after the holidays. The only thing we were missing was the pups!
