I believe in not only just printing photos because often times they end up in a frame for a short amount of time and then stay in a box, so having your photos designed in an album that you can flip through and see a full story is the perfect way to preserve your memories.

I photograph in a very specific way to tell the story of your day, and allowing me to custom design and create your album is a way to make sure it's preserved forever - without having to worry about when you'll find the time to do it yourself!

Guestbooks are a great way to get another use out of your engagement photos (and another excuse to show them off!). Plus they will match the style and color options of your wedding album, so they'll pair beautifully together in your home.

After your engagement session, we will email you a first draft of your design and you can choose to make revisions and customize your cover.

Guestbooks begin with 10 spreads – just enough space for guests to sign their names without having an overwhelming amount of empty space (nothing annoys me more than seeing a guestbook from a packed wedding with open areas on the pages!).

1. Choose Your Album Size

All albums come in 3 different sizes to choose from.
I recommend the 10x10 for wedding albums and 8x8 for guestbooks and parent albums.

2. Choose Your Cover

All albums come in various colors of layered weaves of the linen that highlight the craftsmanship and beauty of the albums. These linen albums offer a classic feel with their many colors, while the Japanese silk offers an air of sophistication.

3. Personalize Your Cover

All albums include either a cover image OR debossing in gold, rose gold, silver, white, black, or blind (the same color as the album). You do have the option to have both the cover image and debossing for an additional cost.

4. Choose Page Thickness

All albums come designs printed on either "thin" pages that are adhered back to back, but still have a rather stiff quality or "thick" that have a 1mm substrate in between each spread so they won't bend.

5. Approve Spreads

All albums include a minimum of 10 spreads (20 open-facing pages). Additional spreads can be added as desired. You will send me your desired amount and I will send the designed spread options back to be changed, added, or removed. All designs must be revised and approved within 30 days of first draft. Once the final design is approved, the album will be crafted and shipped to you within 4 weeks of placing the order.

Frequently asked questions

To make things as easy as possible for you, I will select all of the images for the first draft from the favorite images from the day. From there, you will be able to add, change, or remove any images from your final gallery that you wish to have included in the album.

How do you select the images for the album?

For the majority of the album, each spread will have 1-5 images each. This allows each photo to have an impact and show the beauty and story of your day. Some of my favorite spreads and the ones that have the most "wow" factor are one image on a full page. The more images on a page, the less impact they will have. Reception pages typically have 10+ photos to show the energy of the party!

How many images can fit on each spread?

For weddings, I recommend at least 15 spreads to fully show the entire day. If you want to include additional images like family photos and more from the reception, then I would recommend 20-25 spreads.

Engagement albums can easily be 10 spreads and fit in everything you want! They make great guest books :)

How Many spreads do you recommend I get?

Once the first draft of designs are completed, I will send you a link for you to review and leave comments. This is where you can request any changes. You will have 3 revisions before the design will need to be approved. If you find yourself needing additional revisions, let me know if you need additional revisions and we can work something out!

How are the designs sent to me?

Gifting an album to your parents is such a wonderful gift idea! (And it's easy too!) One duplicate album is 15% off the original prices and 2+ duplicate albums are 25% off - this works great to get them for all of the in-laws! This only applies if the design is the exact same as the original album. If your parents want changes made to add specific images that they want, they will need to order and design their own original album.

I recommend ordering 8x8 albums for parents but if they want something bigger, you're more than welcome to order the larger sizes!
