Meet Payton––my first 2017 senior! She is a sweet Charles B. Aycock senior with a kind, gentle spirit. It’s early in the year, but she’s on the ball by already completing her college applications! She hopes to attend East Carolina University to study biology or pre-med…either way, I know she’s going to crush it! When she’s not spending time with her friends or working at Emily’s Boutique, Payton is cheering on the sidelines for CBA or spending time with her precious pup, Bella (who made a surprise visit during our session!!!).
We started her session in the newly renovated downtown Goldsboro, North Carolina. If you’re loving her outfit choices (because I know you are), she shopped at the local boutique One Thirty Red to find the perfect mix of trendy styles that represented her perfectly.
From there, we moved to a field near her house in Sleepy Creek. It was perfect timing to catch the sunset setting over the green field. Her boxer/lab mix puppy, Bella, made a guest appearance and I was in puppy heaven. She posed with Bella on a quilt made by her grandma–love the sweet details.
We wrapped up her session on the dock at her house down the road, using the last of the sunlight to splash in the water and do a quick outfit change. I’m so happy we were able to squeeze in the last outfit since the pink top popped against the water!
Payton, thank you for asking me to be your photographer! You are truly a beauty and a joy to be around. I am excited for you to begin a new chapter of your life. Senior year will be one of the best years ever, and then it keeps getting better from there, promise! Enjoy every minute of it and good luck, Payton!
