Oh, this couple.
One of the ways I define success within this business is the quality and depth of the relationships I am building. It makes my heart feel SO big knowing that I am running full speed toward that goal when it comes to Emily and Mitch.
They were one of my 2018 couples and I absolutely LOVED them from the start. Their engagement session was so much fun and their wedding was even better. It felt like a giant reunion even though I had never met any of their family or friends!
After a night of partying together I truly feel like I am part of Emily’s friend group (even though they’re all amazing singers so I don’t really fit in there…ha!).
So when Emily reached out to me about scheduling an anniversary session to celebrate their first year of marriage I was PUMPED! I can’t believe it’s been a year and I couldn’t wait to get these two back in front of my camera.
They wanted fall colors and lots of glow so we went the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh, NC and it did not disappoint. We laughed a lot, reminisced on their wedding day, and captured the most gorgeous images. Now I just have to go to Greenville to meet their pup, Harley!!
Emily and Mitch –– happy anniversary!! Thank you so much for inviting me into your lives. You are two in a million. I love you two!!
