Ashley and I both grew up in Goldsboro, attended UNCW for college, and decided to join Alpha Chi Omega as founding members (and were actually twins!! #sunshinefam). I remember when she first met Brad, and how much he loved her from the very beginning. It is truly God’s plan that they ended up together. I was so excited when Ashley asked me to be her wedding photographer and capture the most important day of her and Brad’s life.

With all of my brides, I love to have an engagement session to spend time with them in front of the camera so everything will be perfect on the big day…not to mention it’s a ton of fun and ends up with beautiful images for their Save The Dates and new house!

Ashley and Brad chose to have their engagement session in downtown Wilmington, the city where they met and fell in love. We walked through the streets, finding spots in front of all of the charming historic homes and the classic riverwalk. The love they have is so apparent in the way they look at each other and how they were laughing the whole time. We are counting down the days until June 24th!
