Catching back up on my senior session recaps! I absolutely LOVED Willa Grace’s photos because (in the words of Taylor Swift), they feel so high school.

Like most Harrell’s Christian Academy seniors, photos at their school campus is really important. This is the place they’ve gone to school since kindergarten so I understand why! People don’t always love the caps and gowns but I think they’re so iconic graduation and also very grown up feeling for high school, very reminiscent of college grad photos.

For Willa Grace’s session, we started in front of the school with her cap and gown to get the must-have shots, but then she changed into her cheerleading uniform for something a little more fun. I love the look of football bleachers and school buses and thankfully Willa Grace was willing to get creative with me! Even though climbing inside of the school bus was a million degrees, the photos turned out SO cute. I wish I had them for my cheerleading days!

Willa Grace’s family are long-standing alumni for Harrell’s (I took her sister’s grad photos and their family photos at the school to honor her late uncle), so making sure we got photos also on her family’s land was really important. The fields and willow tree overlooking the pond was the perfect location to get the traditional senior portraits we all know and love.

Now she’s off to App State!!! I am welcoming in a new class of seniors and fall 2024 spots filling quickly. Reach out ASAP if you want to schedule your senior photos!!!
