Charles B Aycock High School Senior in Wilmington, NC | Lauren Wessell

April 23, 2018

Lauren is another one of my 2018 class of senior spokesmodels and I am so happy to have her on my team! She is SO involved at school and I love seeing all of her posts promoting the clubs she’s leading. I was even more excited when she told me at her session that she will be attending UNCW in the fall, which means we can get dinner whenever we want! I have an endless amount of advice for future Seahawks 😉

Lauren decided to have her session in downtown Wilmington for more of a “city” style, and then the Arboretum in Wilmington, NC for flowers and greenery! After having to reschedule her session TWICE, the sun finally came out for us! It was actually lucky that we had to reschedule because the Arboretum was in full bloom –– just perfect!

We did have a little surprise planned for her session 🙂 Damonte, her future prom date, reached out to me to see if he could ask her to prom during her session. She was SO surprised! He drove to Wilmington and sneakily hung out in the parking lot and then walked up behind her when we were shooting. I love when little things are planned to make these sessions just a little more special.

Here are my favorites from her session, plus the “promposal” at the end!!

Here’s the “promposal”!!! She had NO idea!!!
