Every year it’s a little nerve-wracking to head back into wedding season after taking 2-3 months off. Thankfully this year started with bridal portraits with Anne Marie and it was SO good. I was so sad to keep these a secret for a few weeks but wow, isn’t she so worth the wait?!
For her bridal portraits, we met at The Cape Fear Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville, NC. I always LOVE a garden and think they’re the perfect locations for bridal portraits, especially because even in the winter months they usually have something in bloom. I loved walking around with Anne Marie and her mom, finding quiet spots with glimmering light. It’s the perfect way to have everything start feeling “real” and to see yourself as a bride…finally!!!
I’m not sure which is my favorite location because we were able to find so much variety, but the last spot with the wall covered in greenery just makes me think of Italy or somewhere abroad. It’s magical!!!
