Olivia and Hudson originally came to me from recommendations from two of my favorite people in the industry (Aster Blooms Photography and Drew Coleman) so I knew I would be so excited to work with them.
They met each other through mutual friends and honestly are two peas in a pod. They are both laid back but still fun, love being outside, hunting and fishing together. Hudson actually proposed during their first hunt in Wyoming!
They love their home and when Olivia asked if we could use their land for their engagement photos, I was so excited. I love when photos have a sentimental aspect to them – plus this meant that we could include their dog!
Their home is surrounded by fields and barns, so we started in the yard and then moved inside to take a few of them in their natural habitat, cuddled up on that couch. They live just outside of New Bern, so after we were done at the house we headed into town to get photos downtown with the spanish moss.
They’ll be getting married at Amelia Grove this April and I cannot wait!!!
