Katie first found me when she was looking for a senior photographer…and then shortly after Caleb proposed and then she needed a wedding photographer!!! I am so excited to be capturing their day next spring at Neuse Breeze Wedding Venue.

Katie and Caleb are truly a power couple (and you’ll see they fit the part with their aviators –– a special request from Caleb!!!). They met in the UNCW Library over a conversation about microbiology…which makes sense since Caleb is currently pursuing medical school and Katie will be graduating with her nursing degree in the spring.

So many of my couples are nervous about getting photos taken together but the best thing is to really just follow what Katie and Caleb did –– be yourselves and spend the time laughing and giggling with each other. I love the way Caleb looks at Katie so it wasn’t difficult to create a gallery of images that were gorgeous!

We started off the engagement session at Airlie Gardens, one of my favorite locations for romantic photos! The Spanish moss, the trees, the pergola, the light…it’s all so gorgeous. Plus when it’s paired with Katie’s white jumpsuit and Caleb’s navy suit? Heart eyes all DAY. When we were done in the gardens we headed to Wrightsville Beach to get some more glow!

This is a LONG blog post because I had such a hard time choosing favorites!!! I can only imagine what their wedding post will look like!!!
