Oh, Hannah and Ben. I cannot get enough of these two!!!

They are one of the most selfless, loving couples that I have ever worked with and I just know that their weddings will be one for the books.

Hannah and Ben met in high school when she was 14 and he was 15. Life led them down different paths but when they reconnected a few years later, Ben asked her on a date and after some patient persistence on his part, she said yes. When he knew she was the perfect girl for him, Ben proposed during a weekend away at his mountain home in Glade Valley. They had been out playing in the snow when he stopped and wrapped his arms around her. He gave Hannah a sweet kiss and told her what a wonderful day it had been and that he could do this with her for the rest of his life. Then he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. She said yes “with all of my heart.”

We met up in Wilmington, NC for their coastal engagement session in one of my favorite southern neighborhoods. We wandered around, got comfortable in front of the camera, and talked about everything they have planned for their big day. Then we headed to Wrightsville Beach for the second half of the engagement session. Because it was in the middle of summer, there were SO MANY people on the beach! Thankfully when Hannah and Ben look at each other, it’s like no one else is around.

I will so you two in May and I can’t wait!!!!
