We are FINALLY getting back into the swing of things and I’m excited to be working with my 2020 couples again! Gabrielle found me at the beginning of the year as she was planning her Crystal Coast September wedding and I could not be more excited to be a part of it!

Even though they used to live in Raleigh, they are HUGE beach people (they actually met for the first time in Emerald Isle!) so they’re super excited to be living much closer to the water in Swansboro, NC.

We talked a lot about how we all want to stay close to the ocean and how they see themselves staying there for a long time. I don’t blame them! The town is so quaint but still has a ton to offer. As we walked through the historic downtown area, they were giving me allll the food and ice cream recommendations. I’m excited to go back so I can try them!

With that area being so important to them, obviously they wanted to highlight that in their photos! Gabby mentioned a little park with docks right near downtown that would be perfect. We have been dealing with so many summer storms recently that we actually had to move their session up to dodge a thunderstorm, but they handled the bright sun and coastal wind like champs!

I especially love the ones on the docks overlooking the water because I think it’s so “them”! Their wedding this fall will also be over looking the water and it’s going to be GORGEOUS. I can’t wait!
