Sweet Lauren and William!!!! I just adore them and their relationship. They are so laid back and go with the flow, which makes working with them so easy AND gives me room to be creative because I know they trust me.

They met through a mutual friend in college at ECU (Go Pirates!) and were engaged in Lauren’s parent’s backyard. It was so sweet because Lauren’s dad asked her mom to marry him in his parent’s backyard. Lauren felt it was so sentimental of William to remember that story and do something similar for her.

They’re even continuing the tradition by getting married in the same church as her parents!

William and Lauren love to spend time with family or cook-out with friends, but they love going to the beach too! They have a sweet golden retriever named Champ, and in the fall they’ll be at football games, cheering on either the Pirates or the Wolfpack.

Their engagement session at the NC Museum of Art is one of my favorites of all time because we explored to a different area of the park that I had never used before…the light was GORGEOUS!!! It was the epitome of golden fall colors.
