Sweet Korrie and Juston!!! I’m so thankful my job allows me to connect with and serve such kind hearted couples. One of my favorite things about Korrie and Juston is that they care so deeply for each other and it shows in all of their interactions. I even remember talking through wedding logistics and planning with Korrie and her main request being that she wanted this day to be about Juston too because he deserves to be celebrated. I couldn’t agree more!

Their love story is that of a movie – where they met in middle school but it wasn’t until 2016 that Korrie finally agreed to go on a date with Juston. Before that, Juston won Korrie’s mom over by coming to her softball game after she asked him not to, and though was very cold and rainy out, he stood on the fence line cheering Korrie on. Thats when Korrie’s mom knew Juston was the one.

Since then they’ve only grown closer and started building a beautiful life together, and next May they will officially tie the knot!

For their engagement photos, we knew that we wanted to use coastal locations since this is where they’ve grown up and where their story started. Of course I had to take them to my favorite little southern neighborhood near Wrightsville. Then we headed to the boat docks where we got lucky with a sailboat!!! We had originally planned to end our shoot at the south end of the island but parking (per usual) was tough…so we settled for the ocean side and honestly they are gorgeous!! Juston was a little nervous about being in front of the camera but I think they’re beautiful!

I cannot wait for their wedding at The Powell Home and Barn at Comeback Farms next May! It’s going to be so much fun to meet their families and friends and spend the day celebrating their love!
