Allen’s grandparents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and we headed to Boone, NC for the weekend for champagne toasts, cabin porch dances, and sweet family time. Of course I had to take advantage of the beautiful scenery, so his sister Carly and I took off early one morning to Grandfather Vineyard, a local vineyard at the base of Grandfather Mountain.
Carly is absolutely beautiful with green eyes that catch every beam of light. We couldn’t have asked for a prettier morning. She chose to wear a white dress that popped against the green of the grapevines. Her second outfit choice, a chambray dress with sassy suede heels, was the perfect choice for strolling throughout the vineyard.
