SO MUCH TO CATCH YOU UP ON! We all know 2020 was wild. There was a moment when I was really scared that the business I have spent years building was going to crash and burn right in front of my eyes.

Thankfully with all of the craziness going on, one thing became SUPER important…celebrating and documenting the good things!!! I’m so thankful that I’m able to play a role that allows people to share their achievements and once-in-a-lifetime experiences like graduating to the next huge chapter of your life!

One of my favorite parts of my business is selecting a team of local high school seniors to be a part of my spokesmodel team for the duration of their senior year. We do photoshoots, hang out, laugh A LOT, make tik toks…you name it. My 2021 Senior Spokesmodel Team is made up of 18 beautiful, smart, energetic, involved high school seniors from across eastern NC…my largest team yet and I am in love with them!!! Like most things, this year has looked a little different but we have definitely made the most of it!

Every year we kick off our team with a big photoshoot. This year’s theme was “girls road trip”…though without the traveling it’s really more like a “staycation!”

I was so thankful to be joined by Michael Stevenson, Roberto Ramirez, and Molly with Seven Make Up and Beauty, who absolutely killed everyone’s makeup!!! I will always recommend them for makeup because they do an amazing job of doing glam but keeping it natural (easier said than done!).

I rented the cutest AirBnB in downtown Wilmington for our styled portion of the shoot, then we headed to my favorite parking deck for photos in our team shirts, designed by College Hill (if you’re looking for team shirts, they are a must!).

Plus, as always, I have to give a HUGE shoutout to my friends Rachael, Casey, and Kinsey for being such a huge help getting everything together, setting up, sanitizing and cleaning, organizing our food, and just overall being the biggest supporters of my business. Love you guys to the moon!

I have already enjoyed spending time with this team so much and I can’t wait for the second half of our year! I’ll be posting the other shoots we’ve done so this is just the start 🙂
