Meet Austin, one of my fall 2016 high school seniors. He is a 2017 Charles B. Aycock High School senior that loves golf, hanging out with his friends, and is excited to pursue a future in landscape architecture. I’m very excited to see the things that he accomplishes after graduation!

Austin’s senior session was chilly but he definitely was a trooper (making his mom a very happy lady!). We started in downtown Goldsboro, exploring the buildings and walking the streets and allies. I always appreciate when my seniors trust me to go in places they haven’t seen before!

We then headed to Lane Tree Golf Course, where Austin spends a lot of his time after school playing golf with his friends. Austin drove me around the course and we chatted about his time spent on the course and future plans after graduation. My favorite part of senior sessions are when we get to photograph seniors doing their favorite things. This gives their personalities a true opportunity to shine. We wrapped up his session with some updated family photos requested by his mom (post to follow soon!). His little sister loved being part of the fun!

Austin, I wish you an awesome senior year! I hope you are getting excited for all of the opportunities that college will bring you. I know you’re looking forward to warmer weather so you can get back out on the course and show everyone how it’s done. Thank you for asking me to be your photographer!
