Sweet, sweet Abbie!!!! I know I say this all the time, but I LOVE this girl. She is just one of those people that you just feel so comfortable around and know that she is going to welcome you with open arms.
Abbie is on my 2020 senior spokesmodel team and I am so grateful to have her on the team! She is a senior at Charles B. Aycock High School and is such an easy-going, kind soul.
For her plans for next year, she has her heart set on heading west (hopefully to Appalachian!) so she wanted her senior photos to match the fall, colorful, warm feel.
We don’t get much of that in Wilmington so we headed to Raleigh, where the leaves are all kinds of colors right now! I knew the NC Museum of Art would be the perfect backdrop and would provide allllll of the colors we needed for her fall session.
Unfortunately with fall comes the fair…normally super fun but not when the traffic gets in the way of your photos…ha! Between the traffic and the overcast day, I was so thankful that Abbie was calm and collected for her session!
When it started unexpectedly drizzling at the start of her shoot I was a little sad…BUT we grabbed some umbrellas and made the light work for us! Abbie is SUCH a trooper –– and her hair and makeup cooperated, AND the skies cleared and the sun peaked out for us a little at the end!
Honestly when I look at these photos I don’t even see rain. I see fall, bright colors, and a happy girl! Which makes me so happy!
Here are my favorites from her senior session, and you’ll be seeing a lot more of her throughout the rest of this school year!!!
