I have to warn you…after you see this session, you will want to buy all the maxi dresses just so you can spin around on the beach.

Kate is a sweet senior at Wayne Country Day School in Goldsboro, NC who is looking forward to attending either East Carolina University or Meredith College in the fall. I know she will have so much fun at either!! She loves bright colors and spending all of her free time at the beach…so naturally we had to head to the Crystal Coast for her senior session!

We started in the busy waterfront in downtown Beaufort, and then drove down to a private beach in a neighborhood in Morehead City, NC. There are so many gems in that city hidden in the quiet communities! Kate had a green palm leaf dress that was to DIE for. I love when my seniors choose outfits that have movement –– it looks so elegant!

For our last part of the session, we went across the bridge to Atlantic Beach to get some of Kate under the pier in a beautiful pink dress that she had actually just purchased right before our session! It was the perfect pop of color against the ocean and sand.

Overall, this is one of my favorite sessions to date! I love a girl who loves bright colors and coastal vibes. Even though I don’t typically do families, I am so excited to work with Kate, her mom Jill, and her sister Hayden again this summer!!
