We’ve been waiting for this session for awhile!!! In the fall, Kaitlyn came along to Maddie’s downtown Wilmington senior session to support her as her best friend and also check out the whole process of working with me.

She wasn’t sure if all of the attention and photo-taking would be for her and honestly I can’t believe why she would even think that –– she’s a NATURAL!

After hanging out with us, her mom reached out and said we HAVE to do this! WOO HOO!

Kaitlyn’s session started with professional makeup at my house. She had her makeup artist Michael come to the house and honestly I loved it! We’ll probably be seeing a lot more of him because he did an amazing job at making her look natural but defined (for the camera!).

Kaitlyn is a beach girl through and through so we wanted to have a bright and coastal session theme.

We started at my favorite neighborhood, where this sweet man allowed us to come up and use his porch!!! I love this little town.

Lastly we headed to the beach for some big boats and waves! I am so thankful for all of the blooms around town because they are the perfect pop of color!! Also thankful that my seniors don’t mind me actually putting them in the middle of a bush, haha.

These FLOWERS!!!! I was so excited to see these –– and poor Kaitlyn, I kept saying “further in, further in” to get her surrounded by the blooms haha. It was worth it!

Of course we had to get some with Maddie!!! Now they have fall AND spring photos together! 🙂 These girls are so stinkin’ sweet. I can’t wait for them to come hang out with me this summer!
