After taking a little bit of a break from senior season, I have been SO thankful to start this year off with the sweetest seniors – starting with Amber! Amber is related to one of my 2021 seniors, ViviAnn, and actually watched Vivi’s shoot from her front yard (she had covid so she couldn’t join!). I loved that we kept things in the family and were able to go back to the same locations. ViviAnn joined for a few too!

Amber is an ideal senior to work with – kind, organized, stylish, and beautiful! She is a senior at Harrell’s Christian Academy, with a dream to attend UNC Chapel Hill and become a labor and delivery nurse. We started off at the school (one of my favorite places to photograph!) getting all of the cap and gown photos.

From there we headed to her late grandma’s home, where we honored their relationship by getting photos with the house and her gardens. Amber also has a super cute mini long hair dachshund named Max (he looks like a golden retriever in a dachshunds body) and of course he made an appearance!!
