I know you’re going to hear me saying this a lot this year now that my wedding season is in full swing…but I am SO excited to share these images with the world!!!
I knew it was going to be a good day when I arrived and immediately felt one with the bridal party. The groomsmen were immediately making me laugh (while also letting me get my job done quickly –– always appreciated!!) and the girls were willing to do anything to help me get the *perfect* photos of Gabrielle.
It was also the first day of this year where we were really feeling cooler fall temperatures!!! We were SO thankful for that all day long, even when the wind was picking up off the water. It didn’t matter because we made it work AND we weren’t sweating through our clothes!
Crystal Coast Country Club was just recently re-did their interiors (one of my 2021 brides helped with the project!) so I was very excited to photograph the space. It did not disappointed! I would highly recommend this venue to any future couples. The layout and decor was elegant and let The English Garden’s floral designs shine, and the staff was amazing and so attentive! I never expect to be treated like a guest because my couple’s friends and families come first, but when we are I make sure to make our appreciation very well known!!!
The day was filled with small sweet moments…Brent’s mom tearing up as she helped pin his boutonniere, sentimental newly-wed gift surprises, Gabrielle’s mom buttoning her dress, the bridesmaids all crying when they saw Gabrielle for the first time…
As Gabrielle prepared to walk down the aisle, I could feel the anticipation from the entire bridal party and especially Brent. He’s so easy going and loves his bride with all of his being. When the doors opened I had to make sure that my own tears welling up didn’t get in the way of capturing the moment!
Once the reception started, it was all PARTY!!!! Boy, have I missed this!!! Paul from Generations DJ has never let a dance floor stay empty for long, but the Tedder’s guests didn’t make his job hard at all! They were dancing to every song and it made my heart so full to see everyone having the time of their lives. That’s how weddings should be!!!
I know I should really be trying to narrow down these blog posts but I just can’t…and I know my couples don’t mind seeing as many sneak peeks as they can!!! Here are just a *few* favorites from the day.
