Oh wow, I don’t even have words to describe how much I LOVE this couple. From the first phone call I had with Emily to talk through her wedding day plans and see if we’d be a good fit for each other, I knew I was going to love this day.
Emily and Mitchell are made for each other. Even though after their engagement session there was no doubt in my mind about this, spending the day with all of their closest friends and family made it even more true.
The way he looks at her and the fun they have together is something people dream of finding. Their personalities are a perfect mix and I love that even on this huge day that is filled with a ton of nerves, they always find a way to make each other laugh.
The best example of this is how Emily was planning on pranking Mitch by “icing” him during the garter toss (which went down flawlessly!!)…but he had a surprise of his own by having a “trophy wife” beer tucked up his sleeve for her! Everyone at the reception was in tears from laughing. It was by far one of my favorite moments!
Their reception was filled with some of the most fun people I’ve been able to capture dancing and they did not stop all night!! Emily, her mom, and her friends are VERY musical so there were top notch performances –– complete with bouquets used as microphones!
I wish I could relive this night over and over, and luckily we can with all of the photos from the night! Here are my favorites 🙂
Also, a huge thank you to all of the amazing people who made this day beautiful!!
